Jacob gently brushed his thumb along Yuki's cheeks. It did nothing but smear the tears to the side but he hoped that the gesture was somewhat comforting. He didn't have any practice with this sort of thing and wasn't really good at it but he was trying his best.

"How about you warm me up?" He pulled Yuki back into a hug, this time wrapping his arms protectively around Yuki's slender shoulders and holding him in place.

"I'll get warm like this." And maybe he'll be able to comfort Yuki at the same time. It was redundant but Jacob really didn't know what to do.
