Initially Mitsuru had no intention of engaging with the carnival attendant that had invited her to try her luck at one of these games. She'd politely declined the first, ignored the second one, and then somehow been swayed by the third one. The third one had suggested that he understood that she didn't feel confident enough in her skills to feel she could win. He'd said he understood that it might be embarrassing given the crowd and how tough the game was. That hit far too close to home for her own comfort and she had immediately found herself overcompensating.

It hadn't been too difficult for her to win the game. Very few things were difficult for her after all. In the end she ended up walking out with a prize that left her feeling just a bit disappointed. That feeling of disappointment quickly gave way to an expression of confusion as Yusuke approached with his comments. She couldn't imagine anything about this thing being that intriguing to anyone. Yet, here was someone that seemed strangely curious about this...rainbow monstrosity.

"Your guess is as good as mine, I suppose." She had no idea what it was supposed to be. "A bear." Her eyebrows furrowed as she moved it's legs around. "No, it has hooves." At least she thought those were hooves. "It's nonsensical." It finally occured to her just how close he was and as her muscles tensed she pushed a strand of her bright red hair out of her face. Most of her life had been spent keeping people at arms length, sometimes quite literally. It still felt somewhat odd to have people approach her so casually. "Would you like it?"
